1 word... AWSOME

I ran half life 2 with 0 lag. It never once went choppy during the levels. NEVER. I haven't tried doom 3 yet. I play world of warcraft 1600x1200 with NO CHOP AT ALL. Its amazing. Out of all my years of having a gaming machine i have never had a machine run 1600x1200 without going choppy.

Your thinking "it has to be the cpu and memory. EHHHHH. Sorry thats not the case. I have always had top of the line gaming machines and memory with the best video card out at that time. Along with awsome cpu and memory. I could never run 1600x1200 on any of my comps.

I think its the pci express transfer rate. Another thing that pci express >agp is HEAT.

My pci express feels warm when running my games. Not burning hot like my AGP card. I had a Ti4200.

Comments, distructive comments are welcome

pci express is way better than agp.

the only bad thing i have to say is about the ATI X300 cards. now, normally im a big fan of ATI's products, but the oem version of the ATI X300 that ships with the dell dimension 8400 really sucks.

ive replaced 3 of them so far due to graphics corruption.

Now just imagine running HL2 with Dual PCI Express X800s! Alyx's *** would be even better than ever!

huh? run it with duel x800? there would be no difference. Just one x800 is enough. It would be at max graphic settings with 1gb of ram and 1 x800 so i don't see the purpose.

My computer shop has a grand openning date of Nov. 29th, we have a few of the hottest parts in stock, can't wait to try it. Gonna customize a PC with a Asus P5AD2 Premium motherboard running the X800. Man, that's gonna be a mad gamming machine...
