My passenger seat won't move forward or backward

How do I fix my passenger side front seat of my Q45 so it moves forward and backward again. Nothing seems to work. Is there a way of teting the motor under the sea? A way fo testing the siwtch on the outside of the seat?

i would start by checking fuses.
