Took the Hakusuka out for a drive before sending it back to the shop to have the drum brake linings replaced. As far as the exterior goes, all I need is to get the chroming done on the bumpers and a replace the missing front signal lights. Looks like we won't be using her for our wedding in the end of the year cause the interior still needs a lot of work to be done. Anyway here's some pic of it

Thanks guys...move it to Gen?? But I like it here..I mean where else could you learn about cool stuffs like "mansechs" and "giving cookies" and stuff..LOLOLOL

Anyway , here's some pictures of the Skyline taken over a year ago. I had the paint stripped off to see the condition of the body panel and it appear no that bad considering the previous owner had left the car out under the sun and rain for years!!!

Alright, here's the deal. You and me open a big donut shop. With the proceeds, we then open a small car lot. Then, with that money, we buy all the classic Datsuns we can afford. Which will be a lot. Then we don't park them in a damn garage, we actually drive and/or race them. And then...

After going thru the tedious restoration process and stuff, now I wouldn't drive it out when there's even a slightest hint of rain let alone race it..LOLOL..I've seen what racing could do to these old cars ,with brittle chasis and all, as I have a friend campaining a car in the Classic Car Series here; His 240Z's front end has bended downwards like a Concorde during take off and landing..LOLOL.

If you ever do anything like that to that car, I will be obligated as a classic Skyline lover (that one is my very favorite of all the skylines, excepting perhaps a R34 400R--its a very close tie) to beat you senseless twice and then claim the car for myself in order to prevent further abuse.

hahaha..If I ever to to that,I'm sure my fiancee would do the the same to me cause she did as much work as I did on the car.

I've read on the Skyline thread here ,that this guy named Marco has one in the States. Do you know of him?

Yes it is, I'm planning to put a L28 engine in it but at the amount of money that I have spent these few months, most probably only till mid next year .

What's in yours?
