My odometer stopped....?

bought a 1996 240sx in feb of this year for $6,000 only had 24k miles on it and now i put approx 3k more and i just noticed today the odometer stopped at like 27217 or something..what the heck is wrong?

if the speedo works and the odo does not you need a new speedo head.

i have a similar problem, myodometer dounst roll very muchanymore either, infact since i bought it i have prolly put 400km on it, it has a digital speedo with HUD i have only had the speedo work twice. i also cant listen to FM radio, my radio jus shuts off. the second time i had my speedo working was because i was playing with the radio and when it shut off my speedo popped up. but it hasnt worked since, is it just a bad ground sumwhere?

There is a multitude of problems that can cause issues with the HUD system. Starting with grounds is a good idea. But you might wanna search around a bit as this exact topic has been gone over many times.

well no its not the HUD in general that i am having a problem with. the whole left side of the instrument cluster doesnt work for some reason i also dont have any interior lights, drives me insane, driving in the dark and i cant even see my tach, its really annoying i am gonna have to find a small light for it when i go to B.C. can anyone tell me what rpms i need for about 120KPH
