my o2 sensor doesn't fit DC sports header..both for kade motor.

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I've searched everywhere and can't find anyone with this problem, the bung is too big, not to sure what to do, any help would be sweet! Thanks.

On the stock header, the O2 bung is removable. If the bung in the DC header is a lot bigger than the O2 sensor threading, then you probably need to get the whole bung off of the old exhaust, thread that into the new header, and then thread your O2 into that.

dang that's a hassle. you'd think that by buyen' a pricie header that a little detale like that wouldn't be an issue

Now what if that bung adapter is rusted solid, do you think i can get a new one?

yeah for real, i mean i did get it brand new for 180 from a friend, but its been such a hassle dude....

Is that the problem, will the bung adaptor fit? Take a blow torch to it for a while and then use the right size socket. If that doesnt work go to the junkyard and try again. I dont know if you can buy it new.
