Well, I took my car in for a noise and power loss and a clicking noise in the transmission, they checked it out and didn't find anything, a few weeks later I took it back and had them check it again, sure enough they ordered me a brand new transmission. That's not the reason they are great, the reason they are great... Is because i dropped it off at 8:00am this morning, and they had a rental car waiting on me. Then I get a text at 2:45pm telling me my car is ready to be picked up. 6hrs and 45min and I have a brand new transmission and my car runs and feels like a brand new car. Everyone always talked about how bad the service dept's are, and how I also seen some bad ones, but since 2006 (with my first Altima), and now w/ both my 2008 Altima's they are great and just wanted to share that w/ everyone

It's a photoshop, one of my biggest complaints was the fact there wasn't a more agressive spring, so when my car was on E-bay that was my friends attempt for me to keep it and wait on lower springs, or coilovers. It must of worked because I wanna keep it now.

did they even bother to see what the problem was or what was causing it? other than "they didnt know" or did they just decide to say, f*** it, we'll give you a new transmission.

They checked everything, knew something was wrong w/ the transmission, but never figured out exactly what it was. So yea, just replaced it w/ out knowing, But the noise is gone, and all the other problems are too.

I think they should have said "I think the problem here is this transmission is for a 3.5. we are going to do a 3.5 engine swap for you. I went ahead and got u a rented G-TR for the day. We will call you when it is ready." now that would be customer service lol
