I thought 07, like mine, are 5 lug and older sentra used 4 lugs? How did you manage to get the wheels to fit?

ALL Sentras 2006 and before and non-SE-R Sentras in 2007 and newer are 4 lug. ONLY the '07+ SE-R has 5 lug hubs.

Right right. That just give me a new headache. I can't find any one online who can say for sure they got wheels that'll find my SE R. I need steels or cheap alloys for winter wheels. Do you have any idea what fits? I'd imagine i'll need rings but no one can tell me if they have the correct ones either.

Try tirerack.com or discounttiredirect.com, the second usually stocks MB wheels or something very cheap for winter wheels.

Neither place has wheels for my car listed.. :P

I guess it's off to the local shops and just doing the fitting game. It's a bit early to get it yet still unusually warm up here was 27 C today which is way way too hot.

Have patience, my man. It takes a little while for newer hubs to have rims test-fitted and posted online.

hey gotak i'm going through the same problem as you. no websites have our car listed and if they do they have no wheels that fit. i've already ordered a set that i had to send back cause it didn't clear the front caliper even though the vendor told me it would. anyways i've been doing a lot of research and i think it's gonna be hard to find a one piece wheel that will clear the brakes without a small spacer in there. i have a second set of wheels heading my way hopefully this week so when they get here i'll let you know if they fit or not and post some pics up. if you want to spend a lot of money you can get a two or three piece wheel that will clear the brakes but you're looking at least $2k just for the wheels. what kind of price range and style are you looking for and i'll try to help you narrow down what i've ruled out already.

Well my brakes, being just the SE R, is a tad smaller then your. About 1 inch I think? So fitting would be easier. But anything that fits for you will fit mine so I am still interested in that info.

I will be going to a local, well recommended, tire place this or next week and seeing if they have anything that really fits. If i have to stick with 17 inch wheels I might be a tad pissed. The whole point of winter wheels is to get more narrow tires to improve the chance of getting through the snow to the road. Oh wells we'll see how it goes.

Good luck on our search!

you won't have to stick to 17's if anything an 18 will give you more clearance. and i believe the actual brakes are the only thing different sizes between the spec and se-r, the calipers should be the same which is what's going to give you problems with fitment. turns out yet again i'm not gonna have my wheels any time soon cause now this new place i ordered from had an incorrect inventory and doesn't have them in stock until mid november! this is unbelievable i've never seen anything like this before. anyways just keep me updated after you go to that shop.

and btw nissantech, wheels look good on the car!

Thank you.

I believe the SE-R rotors are smaller than the Spec V. I think the pads are the same size, don't quote me on that.

Dealer said 16s should fit according to their parts list. I am not sure if that list was from nissan or not.

I'll take a photo of my front and you tell me if you see any difference in clearance.

Sorry for sort of hijacking this thread. That 2.0S is starting to look more and more like a Spec V! If they figure out an engine swap would you?

Unlike most people I don't get offended my changing topics LOL. Well, Sport Compact Car has already mentioned the Rogue drivetrain with some modifying to make an AWD QR25 Sentra, but, to be honest, I don't want to mess up the car TOO much because it's my daily driver. I just want to make it stand out a little bit.

yeah talking about winter wheels not going to swap the stock rims anytime soon they look good on the car. The consensus is that Toronto uses so much salt and sand that alloys will get wrecked so I want to use steel rims for the winter.

AWD Sentra haha that's an interesting idea but to do that don't they need to swap out the rear suspension?

it's ok, you're not the first to have an opinion, and definitely not the last to have that particular one.

it just dosent even look like a sentra . the sentra look has allways been kinda semi sporty low slung ,wolf in sheeps clothing kinda car with the potential to be verry sporty . the new ones I really cant see the aftermarket picking that one up besides the engine mods that are shared with other models .

i don't mean to toot my own horn, but with a slight drop and a couple mods i think the new sentra has a lot of potential. it also looks 100X better in real life than in pictures.

I am thinking of doing the same thing for the wheels. I have a chance to get a set. From your picture though it looks a bit like a Jetta.

How do you like the way the wheels look? Any issues with the TPMS?

The one nice thing is Nissan at least made the TPMS monitors to be universal to fit almost any wheel...you MIGHT have to shave the rubber grommets to make them fit (show enough threads to fit the nut over the stem), but I have yet to have any issues.
