my new turbo!!!!

ok, so i got another turbo for my s14 sr20. at the moment it is a 466541-7001, but i bought a parts car with a 466541-1 and i was wondering what is the max boost i can push since i dont know how to read a flow chart to be honest. does anyone know what the exh wheels in my turbos are made of. thanks for the help (the car came with a z32 maf, 550cc inj and aem true boost, to be put on soon)
