Who cares what color the engine bay is painted? I like the exterior but definitely lose the diamond plate. It's associated with trucks and fire engines. I should know, the Engine at my fire station is covered in it lol. Ya dig?

back fenders are too wide- wheels sunken like a battleship

engine bay is a goofy color

diamond plate cover is kinda too much

overall you can tell you have put alot of work in it and it has payed off for you. Post some numbers after she hits the dyno!!

I really like that color orange, and the paint looks job itself looks good to me. Nice shine, good clear and no visible swirls.

To me it's just a little to boy-racer with the smoked tails and headlights. I think if you put some crystal tails and stock bricks that car would be awesome. Oh yeah you do need some spacers or some lower offset wheels, or better yet wider wheels.

I like the bay color and you say you trust your shop but i am curious as to the heat retention in the engine bay. But dyno days are good times and this thin glooks like a monster, have fun man.

Why are you asking me that??
Cause your engine bay doesnt go with your exterior whatsof***ingever. The fuel rail doesnt even compliment your bay OR the exterior.

edit: ok so thats been covered but damn. I kinda like the stainless hoses though. That iced out plate be blingin, ya herrrrrrrd?

First thing I would do is rip everything off the body, do away with the molded panels and all that, cause it's going to crack eventually. If I were to keep the exterior paint scheme i would make the black on top the hood actually line up with the inside of the headlights or maybe just not add the black. Then strip the bay and repaint that something that actually compliments the rest of the car. better fitting wheels in the back and done.

well, they're never done. we all know that. lol.

Nice car! Looks like a lot of work went into it.

The colors hurt my eyes tho, and why the molded kit! Ahh!

I can tolerate the hood, but I'm not crazy about it. I definitely don't like the headlights or the diamond plate.

That being said... It's obvious that you have put a lot into this car so kudos. Also, I really like the contrast between the exterior and engine bay.

I'm not really sure what to think

So I'm just not going to give my opinion. I respect all of your hard work though.... regardless of what I think of the outcome.

I personally like the paint job and hood, but to each their own. Also a big fan of the diamond plate. Like others have said needs spacers, but i cant wait to see the dyno sheet! Nice JOB!

Is that top panel connected to both the valve cover and the radiator? If so, it will crack, or crack the valve cover for sure real soon due to motor torque, and or front end flex.
