My New S13 project. Where do I start?

I just bought a running, inspected S13 for 450 bucks. First off I will get pictures later becuase its in my garage and we just had a snow storm. Second, it needs a new engine, body work and i want to do a new interior. Knowing this, where would you guys start on a project this huge. And I am on a tight budget so I cant do my SR20DET swap yet,(cheapest found is 2500). So let me know where you guys would first start and how you would approach it. thanks

fix what;s broken first, then move to upgrades.also, research ur engine choices before dropping 3 grand on an SR. KA are nice and cheap, CA and RB are interesting options as well.but besides the engine, u might want to look at suspension, depending on ur plans for the car. ie, autoX, drag, drift, street...-Enzo

I was thinking body work first. Then suspension, some H&R's if they make em, becuase they are on my civic and I like them. And some AGX's. But help me out man. I know all about civic engines but nothing about 240 engines, can u find a reference for me and tell me what you think i should get for the best price. Lemme know thanks.
