cool pics man!

Quick question about the photography... was the photographer in another car? or did he use that extension bar attached to the car?

Miata....( me outta ) buy my 240sx back!

Miata's are not my style at all, but I do have to say that is probably the best looking one I've seen though.

obviously in another car, as you can see the entire car. no bars in sight....

on another note, i had some of those equip knock offs on my s13 coupe. looked exactly like them, cept they were gold. 16x8 + 0 for 400 something brand new...

is too cute, but it does not have what i like about the 240. (which i do not really know what it is)

RWD is the sex, i guess the lighter/smaller the car the better.

Very nice miata, those things sure hold their value. While others say boost and 13b's, I'm thinking it wants a V8 . LS1 anyone? Haha. Clean Miata

V8>13b. I'd take NA HP and TORQUE over Boosted Spinning Triangles any day. LS1's are costly, throw a 302 (5.0L) in there. "This will decimate all AFTER you put about fifteen grand in it or more, and if we have to, overnight parts from Japan"

Whats your plans for this? Drift, Auto X, or just cruise around lookin ballin as F*CK! haha

(SR would be cool too...)

shoot where do i start? this thread took the fuuuck off! yea man any car can look sexy with decent wheels and being slammed to the ground. yea i didnt think i ever would get rid of my s13 but i have had 3 240s and all my friends and everyone i know has one so... it was time to be different. yea adrian as dittoz explained its called a camera rig, and there are alot of different ways to do it, some ppl put them under the car idk how the fck they do that. id like to put a ls1 but im a poor college kid haha. I will prob just save up and do diy turbo setup or buy a used jackson racing super charger kit for about 1k. the front sump on the sr is a big problemo since the miata engine is rear sump and the front x member gets in the way. so ppl say you end up spending almost as much money as lsx swap said and done. my plans are, mainly to daily it with the top down as much as possible haha! I want to try to slide it but i know that its going to be a stress since im coming from sliding my s13 that actually had stiff coils and power etc. i need a reliable car to get to school and work so im not trying to drift this thing too much. If im still into it and there are plentiful events like now, down the road ill build a more dedicated drift car. (pending cashflow)

thanks for posting those pics cody, yea thats me on cr, i have been on nico since forever though. If anyone wants to see some more sick miatas check out clubroadster.net especially the suspension section and check out the slammed thread, some way bad a** s*** in there!

IMO, a built motor with a DIY turbo kit is the way too go. Can't be any harder than a KA-T build... Turbo it with a T28 or something and either completely ruin your suspension geometery by slamming it or install a full Miata Spec Racer suspension... I'd go with the slam

Great list of desires there, too bad you don't desire your 240 anymore . Just because it isn't rare doesn't mean you can love it for what it is or doesssss.MR2 also one of my wanted project cars, IMO very rare car at least around here.

omg MLA format insertion in teh quote ftw...

OP: i have a project car magazine probably issue 3. DIY turbo kit for a 1.8L miata... Try to find yer own mag lol, i'm collecting these issues and i still need issue 2 arrrrg!
