When I was forced to part ways with my 2009 Nissan Maxima (Premium + Tech packages), I loved the car so much that I took the plunge for another 39 months with a 2012 Nissan Maxima (Premium + Tech Packages).

So far, I'm loving it.
The only negative is that they seemed to have taken out the rear passenger controls for the radio & temperature, which was located in the rear seat's arm rest. It appears that now there's only a cup holder. I have the highest config. fully loaded, so it can't be that I didn't pay for it. They definitely removed the rear passenger controls; and I can't figure out why.
Aside from that, the upgraded navigation & central computer system is nice. I do notice lag in the voice commands, but I'll get used to it.
I also like how they added tire pressure readings to the dashboard control screen and also love the fact that I can just pop in a DVD and watch it while parked (whereas my 2009 didn't support DVDs, but did have video / audio aux jacks, which I played movies from my iPod thru.)
More to come as I break it in.
