I got an UPS Package today, my GZ manifold! It was soo well packed with bubble wrap that it took me a while to get to it. But enough talk, here are some crappy pics, my cam doesn't like to focus or the dark much.

Top of manifold

Top again a lil diff angle

Side shot of runners

Wastegate Flange

Collectors, very close.

This thing is soo well built! The tubing is THICK! Feels soo rugged and solid! Weights quite a bit, I can't wait to mount it, looks soo good!! Now just my GT32 turbo and Ill move closer to my KA-T!!!

Looks really nice!

What was your total cost if you dont mind saying, including the wastegate flange which they charge extra for (for some reason )?

Don't know yet, trying to decide. Im looking towards a GT32 or maybe even GT30R or GT32R, but im not sure on the water lines, would have to know someone who can set them up. Im still deciding, this car is going to be my daily driver, 15 PSI on pump gas (damn 91 octane) but the bottom end is built to hell and back. Ill post specs when I get everything running.

Throttle body coolant lines work well for GT turbo water lines.

The water lines are extremely easy!

You have to go get a couple of the HELP! fittings from the auto parts store..5/8 on the run and 3/8 on the 'T'. Cut into a couple of heater hoses, run them to the tubo, run them back and youre done..easy.

Yes, it is lifetime against ANYTHING. Hey guys thx for the info on the water lines! I heard new Ball Bearing T3/t4 turbos will come out in december from Garrett!!!! Ill check them out, maybe those'll go great with KAs!!

I really dont think its warrantied against "anything." I talked with rick a while back about it, and he said the warranty covers manufacture/design defects only-- which is really all anyone can expect.

Gah...I was waiting for that.

Basically and unless they changed the warranty and didnt let me know, its got a lifetime warranty against any and all manufacturer defects. Basically, if you develop a crack at say...the #2 runner and head flange, send it back and it will get fixed. GroundZero cant warranty materials, but it would be decided on a case by case basis if this was the issue.
