Where'd you get them from?

Looks awesome. I really like the front hood Z emblem. Where did you get them? Do they have one for the rear deck emblem also?

Thanks,

Thanks.

The site description indicates that some touch painting is required. Is that true and what was the installation process.

This reply is for oc350z...

It depends on what year your Z is. The older it is, the more fragile your paint is going to be. It also depends on if you "rip" them off, or take your time. I have the side Z badges that "blink" when you use your turn signals, (also available at courtesyparts.com) and before I removed the badges, I heated them up with a Hair dryer. The badges are only held on with 3M tape, and if you heat it up first, it melts the glue on the tape, and the badges just "pop" off. You might need to use something to pry off the badges if your car isn't a newer one, but PLEASE make sure it's something plastic, and don't apply too much presure. You can also use some fishing line AFTER the badge is heated up, but your going to have to go AROUND the back of the badge. You can't just go through the middle of the badge due to the alignment prongs.

I have an 08 Touring. I was referring to the front and rear Z badges. The web site indicated touch up paint was required?? Do they cover the old badge outline perfectly or is some touch up required?

Thanks again

Your Z looks great.

the rear emblem took a lot longer than the front, the adhesive was a lot stronger. the front emblem was barely hanging on. I heated the emblem with a heat gun then used fishing line to "saw" behind the emblem. This took about 10 15 minutes, when you have gotten though all the adhesive you'll need to tug on it to free it from the bumper its stuck in with lil prongs. Once the emblem was off the fun began, I placed a goo-gone soak rag over the adhesive and heated it, then with some good ol fashion elbow grease started to wipe it off. I had to repeat the process a few times to get all the adhesive off. All in all the back emblem took 45 minutes give or take the front took 10. I don't think the factory stuck the front one on very well, there was hardly any adhesive left on the paint.Just take your time when removing the emblems. I didn't need any touch up paint
