looks really nice! Do yourself a favor and heatshield the crap out of your brake booster, lines, wiring, anything near that turbo. a buddy autocrossed w/o shielding and did about 1,000 in dmg melting his harness, the harness shorted out the ECU, the brake fluid boiled, ect on his silvia. Get one of those cool ooking Turbo Blankets for the exhaust side turbine, that should help a lot.

Yes, he did make the manifold and he only charged 900.00 for the manifold. Alot less than the one that looks very similar to it that is offered with the same thickness, materials, ect. I had the z32, front mount(no piping), afc, and injectors. He did everything else installed(including the manifold) for 2200.00. He did the downpipe, removal of all the old turbo setup, new stainless supply and return lines, turbonetics evo wastegate, all intercooler piping and z32 blow thru conversion, and the manifold and install for that price. Best deal I have seen for all that.

Also, I have the heat shield for the turbo and the turbo blanket for the Brake master cylinder and resevior. Also got the heat wrap for the harness, just haven't gotten pictures with it on yet.

When I was running a blow thru on the silvia I didn't have any problems and actually less problems ms because it would die after falling back to idle after a full pull.

An update for you. After replacing the trans due to shattering first and second gear and finding a loose ignition connection the car did this at 13psi.

You mean Eric @ E&E???I hope Eric didn't tell you he did that 300z trans, because he had nothing to do with that. Turbodave does all the work on my car and Eric doesn't know how to tig aluminum or make driveshafts,ect.. Did Eric tell you this, or is that just what you heard?????

Not on my car. Eric has never worked on my silvia. And it has been the only black one up there.

The trans was in the car in late september(right after nopi nationals). Eric has not ever worked on my car. He may have been at Dave's shop at the time but he wasn't working on the trans.

Are you sure you're not referring to voya's right hand converted old coupe that Ryno has now?? Go ahead and post this pic you have. I would like to see it. Here are my pics....this is Dave welding the adaptor to the trans.

What kind of details are you looking for? The tranmission belhousing has t be modified with an adaptor plate and it still retains the sr clutch, flywheel, tob, and slave cylinder. Shifter mount, driveshaft and trans mounts have to be modified. Dave normally charges 2200.00 with 300z trans and all hardware and labor to do that setup.

The 300z trans has the same gearing as the ka/sr/rb20 but the shafts in the trans are about 3x larger than the ka/sr/rb20. The factory shifter linkage and perch are modified to work with the 240/silvia. I have made numerous runs with the 300z trans and the car is a daily driver as well.
