My new daily driver

Yo wuts good guys? I dont kno if u guys kno me i been here for a while. I got a 1990 coupe wit a s13 front and blacktop swap, but heres my new daily i picked up while i work on it sorry for the snow pics:

its an(e30) 1986 325e 4dr 5speed with 139k. Its so clean, no body damage and good paint, it runs good the guy drove it daily, but it needs a fan clutch. The temp starts to rise when u let it sit at idle. Ill be taking care of that soon. Oh and the front right strut is messed up, but ill be fixing that with some blistein shocks and h&r springs. I might put some sportmaxx 501s on it. Or i may jus sell it. I kinda like it tho. lol

P.S. I got it for 500 bucks!!! Let me kno what you guys think!! Ill take some minus the snow if you guys like

I kno i said the same thing. I work at an auto parts store and the guy came to my job. I dont think he kno what he had. I asked him how much he wanted for it. It was pretty clean, i almost effed myself up i was about to say around $1500? but i paused myself before i let it out. He said $500 Im like whaaat?? I took his number down and gave him a call about a week or two later.. He drove it everyday but had bout a work van, the only thing wrong with it is the fan clutch bc the temp starts to rise a bit when i leave it at idle, but thats small. Thanks for the comments!! Ill post some more without the snow..

i would love to find a e30 for that kindof money around here... most people want 2k plus in this part of the country

i think when my cressida is on the brinks ill look for either an e30 bmw or a older turbo diesel benz

yea i kno they go for around 1k-2k thats y i stopped myself from throwing the price out there and let him give me a range. Once he said that i was shocked, i couldnt pass it up. I wasnt even looking for another car at the time, but i dont regret it at all it was worth it. Now i jus gotta get it on the road!!

67k thats nice ..too bad the about the rust tho, still a good buy. Actually my winter beater is my 93 cherokee sport 4x4 so much fun in the snow. lol I bought this bc im going to let my gf drive the truck, bc her s70 got totaled..

yea the guy i bought it from said it was good on gas as well. Thats good to hear, my truck being a straight 6 is a gas guzzler.. dont get me wrong i do like it thoughh.

I kno this has nothing to do 240s but Im tryin to make a decision and i need you guys help. Im tryin to decide if i should sell the e30 or keep it and do work to it?

If im going to keep it. Im not going to go crazy bc i have my blacktop in my coupe, but i would be doin some work like getting it to 100%, 2.5inch exhaust, intake,stage 1 clutch, blistein struts/shocks with h&r springs along with silver sportmax501s 16x8s all around. thats pretty much it maybe little other things.

Or should i sell it for 1000obo along with my cherokee for 1000obo. Take that money and look for a lexus sc300 or sc400 auto. The reason i chose auto is bc im looking for a daily driver. Remember i have my 240 for messing around. Right now i jus dont have the cash to jus buy a sc300 or 400, but if i sell both my cars i will..I dont mind daily driving the e30 but its jus i dont kno if i want to put money into it. Iam deep already in my 240. I want a clean daily and the e30 can be that with some woork..or lexus? Idk Help me out!! What you guys think??

keep it man. that is so clean...don't do any mods on it, fix it up and then drive it. i daily a 5 spd and never really bothered me. then again, i dono about e30's but i woudln't really want a non-sporty car that is 5 spd. (like a 5 spd camry)

but yea i definately vote keep it.

yea believe me i want to keep it as well..im kinda of in need of a nice clean daily. word thanks for the advice..e30s are non-sporty? Ive been lookin on r3vlimited.com and they have some nice 2dr & 4dr e30s on there. check the site out, but yea i can understand the camry thing thoo. lol
