my new clutch is slipping

okay so i bought a new clutch and me and a buddy put it in. wow that was a job.gettind the transmission out was a pain. but the thing is still slipping really bad! any suggestions?

try the easy things first like... did you replace the master and slave cylinder, did you bleed the clutch system fully with getting rid of that clutch loop damper box?... if you did all those things and it still slips then the clutch is installed wrong.
