Ok so i was driving my s14 the other day and i go and try to take off fast in 2nd gear .. so i rev up to about 4000rpm and let go of the clutch but the car just takes off slow and the pedal doesn't come out all the way and there's a bad smell ... and when i keep driving and shift into 3rd .. it feels like its still on 2nd because the the RPMs are too high for it to be on 3rd so i let go of the gas a little bit and then it feels like it shifted into 3rd.... now i check under the car and there's a water leak running down the bell housing or somewhere around it ... could this be causing the clutch to slip? would i need to adjust the pedal also?

Check the spring on the pedal, release fork and clutch master & slave cylinder. Somehow slave cylinder is not going out and retracting all the way properly. Should smell like rubber is burning.

is the fluid coming from your slave cylinder? sounds like you might have a leak there. might have air in your clutch line too. If air were in it, your clutch will not fully engage and would cause the motor to be able to spin higher than you would expect. do you still have the clutch damper still attached? junk it if you do and see if that helps. need some info though.
ac line behind the engine? the hard line that connects to the firewall? there should be a rubber hose coming straight down below where your condenser (or whatever it's called) is in your dash. It lets the condensation come out from the dash.
