I wasn't really expecting much, but Mom got me a Dell Inspiron 1520 for Christmas and College Graduation combined.

The specs are:Intel Core Duo 2GHz Processor2GB DDR II RAM285 GB Hard Drive15.4" ScreenExtended Battery802.11g Wireless

And a Wenger case

I'm still trying to accept Vista, but I may upgrade back to XP. I've already seen the blue screen of death twice.

I'm already chilling in the living room watching TV & surfing NICO!

Not bad. That's my ideal type of laptop: almost desktop replacement. Nice big hard disk, lots of ram, and a decent screen.

What are the graphics stats?

NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT. Seems to be a fairly competent card with some support from gamers.

400 MHz clock with GDDR2 and 700 MHz clock with GDDR3. For my uses (financing, contacts, pics, music, and surfing the web), it works great.
