so some of you may know if you go through the 240sx section somtimes that i totalled my car, and for those who dont, the story is herehttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zer...story

trying to get over the fact that im not gonna be able to fix it, im gonna probably have to end up parting it out and getting a shell and swapping everything over

in the mean time, my brothers not driving his car anymore, and my parents decided to let me use it for now, which is good so i atleast have a car to get around in

now, it definatley needs some TLC, as you can see he didnt exactly take care of it, so since im gonna be driving it for a while, might as well since i dont want it to look like a beat up POS because its still a nice car and runs well

I call it 2-face, since the passenger side is perfect, meanwhile the drivers side from the front fender to the rear bumper is all messed up lol

even on the inside, the drivers seat is ripped up, while everything else is fine

and last but not least, he left a car battery in his trunk, which eventually tipped over, all the acid leaked out, and like destroyed everything

but anyways, its not a bad car at all, and if it wasnt for all the damage from him not taking care of it and not knowing how to drive, it would be pretty nice

since its not really my car and im saving money for my baby (the 240), im not gonna spend too much money on this car, but i DO want to

- get rid of that dent on the door so the window can roll down and so it looks nicer- kinda fix the damage on the back bumper so it wont be perfect, but will atleast look ok- get a new everything for the trunk (lmk if you know where i can get this stuff for cheap)- and maybe a new tail light

I already tryed taking off the door panel with the inention of hammering out the huge dent from the inside with a mallet, but i guess theres more than one layer of metal (derrr), so that didnt work out

anybody know a way to get that s*** out?

Sorry to hear about the 240. The Max won't let you down, though.

Do all black Max's have a curse on them or something? My car has damage almost identical to that one except the door that's bashed in is the driver side passenger and the rear bumper has a crack on that spot instead of a dent. Hopefully though (not meaning to thread jack) I'll be getting my car repaired in a month or so.

I live in Tampa, FL and all you see is hondas so, it's a plesure to see a Nissan in FL. that will be hooked up. Did you go to HIN Import car show in ST. Pete on Saturday night at tropicana Field?

Nope. But to get around the slow retardation, don't open the link directly. Right click, save-as, and open from your desktop. It'll work much better.

fyi...the paint you will need is KH3 Super Black. I just bought some yesterday to repaint parts of my skirt kit, front and rear end!

another revival of a Maxima is always greatly respected, thanks!!

btw...ebay will have A LOT of what you need no doubt, but look into a local wrecking yard first
