my new car. few problwms

i just got a 90 s13 with a 93ka24de that was swapped in by the previous owner. first off the tacometer does not work i'm not very knolegable with wire diagrams or cars in general. any suggestions on what this could be? The car is claimed to have a acs stage 3 clutch sometimes for no real apparent reason the clutch will make a weird whining noise and i can feel vibrations on the pedal and nob. Is this the clutch or what? also sometimes when i downshift as it loses speed the car vibrates alot and makes noises i do have a 3'1/2 inch exhaust. lastly it seems like sometimes the car will start right up and somtimes it turns over for a few seconds then will start. it seems like it hesitates when the car is warm and will start right up when it is cold.. let me knows what these things mean. im pretty much a noob so any advice is welcomed!

I'm almost positive that KA24E tachs will not work with the KA24DE motors, so you either swap in a DE new cluster or tach. Not a big deal. That is pretty much all I can help you with, but there are so many people on this site, I'm sure someone can help you.
