That's very true, I don't get the benefits of knowing the background details to the video(unless it was in or around the video in which case I skipped it b/c I have an EE PC thats slow as my grandmother). Boxing is definitely a sport, and starting young is great. I just wasnt sure if that was for any sort of future, well guided training.numbnuts240 wrote:definitely not trying to argue with you or anything, but boxing is a sport, just as much as basketball, baseball, hockey, golf (not in my eyes), etc. in fact, it's one of the oldest sports in the world. had it been a video of a 3 year old hitting homers, pitching at 50mph, sinking 3-pointers, hat tricks, holes in one, whatever, i bet you'd be all about it saying how much talent he has. as long as he's taught discipline on top of the fundamentals, he won't be going around beating up kids for their lunch money and he may very well grow up to be a champion.shinkirux wrote:no three year old should be learning to punch like that.
i say good for him to appear to have a natural talent, and good for his dad to get him exposed and learning early.
I was more questioning what would happen IF he didnt have proper guidance, but of course you can't tell that by just a video. Honestly, kid scares me =X. My brother was throwing golfballs at himself and watching teletubies at 3 years old.
