Hello all,

I just wanted to show u guys some pics of my newly acquired 91 240sx.I got it for 3500 with everything shown in the pics except for the bbs style rims

Let me know what you guys think, comments etc are welcome. Also, i noticed that the head on this motor doesnt have the ribs. Doesnt that mean it's a early model motor?

The only things that were wrong with it were: -18" tires were shot-master cylinder was shot-coolant leak from heater hose behind firewall

MOds it already came with:-sr20det motorset installed and working-flex-a-lite fans-nice s14 seats-boost gauge-3" custom dp with exhaust , no cat-18" focal wheels which i'm selling soon, complete set-whiteline lowering springs-Intake

other than that she runs good. I havent had a chance to drive her yet since i'm still working on the heater hose leak.

I will soon be swapping in my kaaz 2way lsd and momo wheel and I maybe ready for DSO!

BTW, anyone who wants to purchase those 18"focals pictured at the bottom, let me know, i have a whole set with 3 blown tires.

Not bad for $3500. Does the swap look to be done right, no hacks or anything? Clean chassis. Good buy

chassis is straight, never been in a wreck, i also have the carfax for it

and yes the focals are ugly and thats why im selling them

I consider this to have been my one good deed for the year!

I am jealous, but I think atleast for now I should be able to beat you

the exhaust is a custom one fabbed up by a muffler shop with a generic tip i guess.

and yes those are autolite plugs, they give me mad powah!!!... lol J/K though,, it was the person i bought the car from that left them in there, as if i was actually going to use that brand...

Wow...$3500? That's awesome. I paid $1200 for my chassis and $2700 for my clip, and that wasn't even installed!

Good choice getting rid of those Focal's...damned ugly.

So why were you at the track with your black S13 yesterday instead of the SR hotness?

I drove my friends 944 Turbo ... to an awesome 15.5 @ 96 lol. I was denied any power in 1st and 2nd gear thanks to a slipping clutch.

You prolly saw Mike's S13 hatch and Bret's S14 there. The turbo M Roadster and loud Z06 were also in our group.

i have a question about your battery, my car is getting the swap right now but the guys at the shop are saying that they have to re-route the battery to the trunk and i was wondering how you got yours to be up where it usually is.

If you got an off-the-shelf FMIC such as Greddy / HKS / Etc. then you can use an OEM Miata battery or batteries ment for Miatas. They will fit in the factory position.

im not using FMIC yet, so with stock piping, any battery should fit.
