You want to crawl around under cars in the rain and cold for a week?
Since when does Arizona get cold and rainy? When I was out there last year at the same time there was a slight breeze IIRC.

yeah i was going to say, by cold and rain he means like 68 and cloudly in december, with a light mist every so often?

i changed my clutch a couple years ago in december and it was about 10 outside, the garage never got above about 38 with a heater pumping

i dont know about anyone else but i cant see any way that working on a car in AZ in december isnt better than doing it over the summer

So Greg, if you put that baby on a car carrier I'll drop my KA-T in it and treat it better then a child . No? Oh well...

If you are serious about tech week at all, I'm 100% flying there. I'll buy some beer and lug heavy stuff around and soak it all in.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I have EVER been to Phoenix it has rained every morning and been cold as shat. Of course I'm usually there in spring, but I assumed winter was about the same.

umm....if it's 50 degrees, that's prime weather for working on cars...it's in a garage anyway...

I don't like sweat running in my eyes then wiping grease and grime all over myself to clear them

It's usually 40-70 degrees and sunny this time of year, but we've had a freak storm for the past 24 hours...

I'm actually kinda "trapped" in my neighborhood by a flooded street - The detour in / out is an extra few miles!

Greg, do you have a FS thread here? I looked but can't find one.

Decisions, decisions. I want a dime like Joe Biden wants a time machine.

Keep in mind, shipping this thing to the midwest will cost $1K or so.

No, I haven't done an official FS thread. I don't want to deal with educating n00bs on what I've got here, it hurts my head.

The good news is, someone will get a crapton of sweet parts, a super-desireable 2-dr '69 shell, a badass motor, and enough extras to sell on ebay... all for a damn nice price.

A reason to actually visit AZ! Name the week and I'll tell the wife it's a "business" conference. Just have to figure out how to pack my tools w/o her knowing...

And I was just thinking yesterday where I would look to purchase a dime...

I'm only 6 hour drive away, I can tow it back with the QX4. My email is in my profile, email me your asking price. I'm seriously interested.

Dude that is a beautiful car. My mom always talked about the 510 they bought new off the lot. She always said that was her favorite car ever.

Also Just looking at that now, does the 510 have any relation to the earlier Skylines?
