I would start with buyibg Wiseco zPistons, Aluminum Rods, Performance valves, and Nismo Cams. Then Id have the whole block and head machined, 5 angle valve job, all with a mirror finish.Id then hook up an aluminum driveshaft to a Kaaz Limited slip differential, and an ACT II or III clutch, c's short throw and a fidanza flywheel.Thats my new goal, my dream for now, screw the SR, i just want to drift!!!!!

You don't need HP to drift.

Bolt-on mods will do just fine (if you must do something). Stock is just as good. Sure, you won't be doing 400ft long powerslides, smoking the tires in 3rd gear...but you can't make the power needed to do that from an N/A KA, even with everything you listed.

And even with the high compression pistons, cams, etc...you probably won't see over 200 crank HP.

I thought with cams, ecu, I/H/E, and some pulleys and a fan with radiator setup, you were already at about 200 HP, at the crank??? I figured with serious machining, you could get up to 250

Youre not going to get anywere near 250 Chp with that silly intake manifold.

what do you mean intake manifold, i never mentioned that, and i was probably gonna make a custom one or just polish that one anywayz. i thought bolt-ons alone would put it up to190-200(including cams, pulleys, radiator, elec fan, headers exhaust, etc..)then with decking, boring .40 over, stroke it up, port polish the hell outta it, 5 angle valve job with performance valves, would bring it up to like 33% more horse power, i thouhgt that math was pretty accurate-you do the math, get out the old calculator!!!

plus the sound of that 2.5 liter monster is gonna be insane.....

Nope. Not going to work that way. Do more research. Dont' believe the BS honda crow with 15 hp intakes and 45 hp cams. Cams, pulleys, electric fan, headers and exhaust might add 25ish crank hp, translating to about 18 wheel hp, bringing you to around 150 wheel hp, being generous. Higher compression might bring you 10-15, a good port polish might get 5-7 more, bringing you to about 170 whp. Not 250 by any stretch of the imagination. These are the REAL life numbers from REAL people who have actually done it. And the sound of a 2.5L KA will be pretty much NO different from a 2.4L KA. That's just logic. You need to be more realistic and do more actual, fact and experience based reasearch.

Maybe 190 crank is attainable, but it takes EVERYTHING you listed.

Stroke a KA...not wise. P&P isn't worth much, crazy valves would be great for high RPM, but we can't have 'em...

Most I've seen is 171rwhp with high compression. You might hit 180rwhp, but I'd be AMAZED to see more out of a street KA.

go carburated and computer controled individual throttle bodies. that would do it. not streetable in the least though.

200 rwhp is pretty much jsut a dream for most KA drivers so don't expect to be pulling that off without a lot of money and machanic savy. Also don't be a honda guy and think that high compression pistons, cams will give you ridiculous amounts of horse power cuase it won't.
