It ran fine for 3 days ( in my Datsun 1600 ), before we moved ( towed cause it aint legal ), it to our new house.then for no reason I can think of...it has started to run real bad...like it's only running on 3cyl?It seems to run smooth for the first 5secs or so, before running bad.I have not done anything at all to the car since I last drove it before towing it to my new place.

ECU is not saying any errors.but I noticed that the dropping resistors are getting REAL hot pretty fast ( as in, leave it runnning for a couple of mins...and you can't hold your hand on them! )....is that normal?....maybe it's the exhaust gas making it hot? ( no dump pipe )....but it ran fine for 3 days previous?cheers guys

maybe you're cooking the resistors and its not able to open all the injectors or open them all the way..

Dude, the dropping resistor shouldn't get that hot. Make sure you've got it grounded well and that you don't have any shorts.

yeah, my dropping resistor remains fairly cool no matter how much you beat on it. try grounding the hell out of it, like ryan said.
