Note to self and for others; make sure you torque down all spark plugs according to Nissan fsm.
I had the misfortune of not doing so on number 1 spark plug. It (spark plug) came loose and the result, damage to coil and spark plug. :frown:

Thankfully, nothing bad happen, such as a fire or damage to piston or cylinder wall.
Lesson learned; double check, and always make sure it's done right in the first place.

WHOA! I always see to tighten them down snug and then do 1/4 turn to seat the washer.

Yeah, this has never, ever happened to me, and to any vehicle I've ever owned.
It's something I overlooked.
