89 240SX AND IVE HAD PROBLEMS WIT IT SINCE I BOUGHT IT.. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THE ENGINE WOULD OR COULD BE MADE GOOD.. I REBUILT IT ONCE.. AND THEY DIDNT CHANGE OUT SOMETHINGS LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.. AND IT BLEW OUT AGAIN 4WKS LATER.. (WARRENTY JOB) GOT IT REBUILT AGAIN FOR FREE.. AND THEN ABOUT 5MONTHS LATER MY OILPUMP WENT OUT ON IT.. I HAD NO MONEY OR WAY OF TOWING IT.. SO I DROVE IT FROM CORPUS TO ANNAVILLE.. 20MINS AWAY.. DRIVING PROBLEY WITHOUT ONE OF MY CONNECTING RODS EITHER.. WHICH ENDED UP BLOWING THROUGH MY OIL PAN.. WHEN I MADE IT TO MY HOUSE.. NOW I HAD ONE OF MY FRIENDS FIX IT FOR ME.. ITS ON JACKSTANDS AND SOME OF THE SUSPENSION IS TAKING OFF.. AND THEN HE NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX IT AND AND NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.. SO I DONT KNOW WHAT HE TOOK OFF OR DIDNT TAKE OFF.. SO I CANT REALY TOW IT SOMEWHERE.. SO THATS WHY IM GOING TO GET AN BETTER OR NEWER ENGINE..JOE

ya it is...looks like you found a better one. DAMN YOU!!! hehehe but about the 240...just swap in a ca and be done with it. there is nothing wrong with the ka24 really, but once it blows, there no sense in putting another one back in. CA all the way!

hopefully ill be gettin the motor(crossing my fingers) my old ka has a big hole in the block. if you want it you can have it. as for me being "JDM" i just always liked the clean look for cars. ive always hated overdone bodykits and 3 foot aluminium wings on dodge neons. i really hate all the riced out cars i see everyday, and when i say riced out i mean extremely tacky. ill try to post a pic of my honda, my 240 hasnt ran since i bought it and its almost stock-nothing impressive(not right now at least..hehe..) BTW, jerm is skinny-a$$ d***-hole.

sure, you can have the block. im not sure if the oil pan is good or not. and it is the the dual cam not single. id rather you didnt take the sensors and electrical stuff. also, i already have plans for the head too. ill email you my phone number.
