my maxima's battery died put a new one in and the alarm wont let car start(HELP)

Well I left the lights on for a long time about 7 hours.I tried to jump it and nothing dead.So I put a new battery in it and the horn and lights go on,and the car wont start.I saw the old battery had alot of corroshun and the possite terminal was broken so I put new terminals on both negative and possitive.And still nothing,so I took the horn fuses off and the antitheft off and the horn stop but still the car don't start.If anybody has had something like that happen,please give me a tip.

What year is your car?

Did you try removing the anti theft relay?

IT'S A 1995 AND YES I DID REMOVE THE ANTITHEFT RELAY.THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY..
