My LS1 Z32....

V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

I have been on these forums for a while but I have never posted under this section. I usually post in my regional forum but I figured I would give some pics of my LS1 Z that has been completed for over a year now. These are some pics of my car with the old Candy Red paint first........

These are a few with the new paint........

I dynoed right after I got the motor in with just a street tune and no fuel pressure reg. The car was running REALLY RICH anf fouled a plug but it put down 386 on 7 cylinders. I have gotten a FPR since then and done some more small things so I plan on taking it to the track and dynoing again soon.

Bad *** Z man, I like that body work, looks mean.

The dyno run still sounds good, even though you're missing a cylinder. The compilation video was good too, you're going fast as hell near the end! Lucky a deer didn't come running out

387whp and 373fpt on pump gas off the bottle. I still haven't hooked the bottle up yet. I'll get around to it one day- lately I have been messin around with my new S14 a lot and it has been taking up most of my time trying to think of the power route I wanna go with it! Im thinking about 2JZ but we will see.

Nice car, i'm usually not a fan of LS1 swapped cars. (i'd prefer 2JZ) but for some reason this car really fits the "LS1 V8" look. i like it alot. Really gives some thought into going with a N/A Z32 and doing it.

What rear end and trans are you using? and what about a driveshaft?

Thats nice. Is it in a S14? Hinson kit? You must have aquite a bit done to the motor to hope for 450whp unless you are gonna be on the bottle!

I am using the stock rear-end for now with the t56 transmission and a custom drive shaft. The rear has held up fine and I have had the swap done for well over a year now with no probs.

S14 made my own mounts and Ive got 5.3 heads, ported, polished, oversized valves, valve springs, retainers and milled. Luinati cam 232/238 duration. LS6 intake. 42 lb injectors, fast fuel rails, and walbro 255 pump.

Sounds Nice.....I just got the cromoly pushrods, valve springs, titanium retainers, custom cold-air intake, Comp cam with Walbro 255 and Aeromotive fpr. I was looking at getting the FAST intake manifols with the rails but decided that the price was a little too much for me right now. Like I said, I just got a 95 Zenki se, and Im planning on swapping it by Christmas. Im pretty sure I wont go LS1 with it because I WANT a turbo car! Either SR or 2JZ.

Couple questions:What hood is that? Can't find good pics of most hoods I've been looking at until now. Also, is that the nos purge coming out the "nostrils" of your car? I was considering doing a CO2 spray bar for my intercoolers and wanted to make a "purge" line for fun out the grill. Thanks for the awesome video man, I posted it a few places on the web
