My LS1 Z32....

V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

I was considering doing a CO2 spray bar for my intercoolers and wanted to make a "purge" line for fun out the grill. Thanks for the awesome video man, I posted it a few places on the web
you can find that hood almost anywhere online and/or in magazine...

btw, nice swap CRZSWAP

Its just a VIS Carbon Vader style hood. And yes, the nitrous kit does purge through the nose duct. thanks for the compliments

It looks good man, but IMO an import car shouldnt use a domestic engine. But its a good swap, clean, good looking Z, im just not a fan of the Combination. Like the RB26 into the Fastback mustang in Fast and Furious 3.

Im not knocking your car, its sick, and a very well done and clean swap. congrats. and 8K isnt that much, I am very surprised.

congratz

Was your car originally NA or TT? Just wondering which diff youre using.

Where did those tail lights come from in the new pictures. They are awesome. It looks like you have more room with the ls1 than the zx motor.

The front bumper is AbFlug and the the rear is Veilside. The side were originally Veilside as well but when I re-did the paint and body, we shaved about 2inches out the flair and glassed them back together.

I dont care to much for bodykits either but I was young and dumb when I first bought the Z and molded the sides and rear so I just have to deal with it. Its not that bad though, I have seen a lot more bigger and more bulky kits on Zcars.

Not too too bad but still quite a bit of custom fabbing.

i really like what you've done, very creative. I am hearing the chevy's are being swaped into a lot of import cars these days. If i had a choice and the funds i would personally pic the 2jz because of its reliability and ability to put out high power on stock internals. You might want to lean that way for your 240 project, would definitely be sick. I do like what you have done with the ZX though. Very nice and you kept it looking classy! I only wonder, what did something like this swap cost you? start to finish. I think a lot of people would like to know what to look at if they are thinking of doing an LS1 swap.

yeah around the ballpark of 8k..... I am trying to make a few small cosmetic changes to the Z now before Nopi 08. I am selling the 19'' gold Racing Harts off of it and getting some 18" Works and coilovers. I just dont really like how the car sits right now.
