My LS1 S13

V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

I will second that....the lip makes the front end in my opinion. Fathers day is coming so I may be getting it next week....if not then...very soon.

I have a prioritized list of things to do.....sadly the lip is not in sight at the moment....but I will have it soon.

Stock 4.08 gear with Nismo 1.5 way. I have heard that a 3.54 gear out of a Q45 is better with the LS1 swap....I may change the gear in the future.

I have not done too much research on it but I would like to find out if I can just swap the ring and pinion out. I just had the Nismo LSD installed a few months ago and would like to keep it versus using an old LSD...

That has got to be one of the nicest ls1 swaps I've seen, I wish I took the time to make mine look good on the inside, but got what I need gauges, stick, steering wheel, and pedals,

I couldn't resist leaving my ls1 alone I had to put some goodies on, are you planning on bolting on any more power to your ls1?

Another question why did we put Catalytic Converters on, is emmisions strict where you live? Texas Speed deleted my evap and rear o2 monitors and I cut the stock 240 converter and welded the 2 pieces around 3 inch pipe to make it look like i have one.

I do forsee bolt ons and eventually a complete engine rebuild, big cam, better heads, better intake etc. Right now I am just looking forward to gettiing a good tune and dyno done and drive it stock for a wile.

As far as the cats.....not really sure....just figured I would keep it as legal as possible to start. They may get deleted in the future. I do want to put in 2 electric exhaust cutouts directly after the headers so I can run open headers at the flick of a switch.

Really enjoyed looking over your build, really nice car

Is this just a fun street car or do you plan on racing it?

Thanks! It has been fun to build too. As soon as I get it tuned I will be driving t on the street every chance I get. I want to try my hand at drifting and road racing as well.

It turned out alot better than I thought it would. CARMO (the guy that sprayed it) is good with a rattle can. He used SEM brand spray paint and a plastic spray treatment on the bumpers, mirrors, and plastic trim.
