my lights are too weak

my headlights on my s13 are weak as balls. what would you guys recommend t get a little more candlepower out of my lights? ive been thinking about getting some of the superwhite bulbs but i dont know or heard anything about those. if it helps, i am getting normal voltage out to the bulbs. what are some good bulbs for me?
