How was the fit with the SSAC? Did you grind it or how did you make it work, I assumed I would have to grind it, but I like your style. Please let me know what you did with the mani. Also, I would like more info, as much as you can about fuel.I didn't read real close, but I assume you are using 370's w/ the SAFC? but I will go back and reread. KEEP ME UPDATED!

Well, sure if you have one for the prep of the manifold. I tried to search for it, but I couldn't find it. Please let me know, or let me know how you prepped the mani.

oh, sorry i dont really have any pics of my working on it, i honestly really did not do it, one of my buddies at his shop at just cut it for me, as sidewaz said, if you you cut the manifold, it will let it flex instead of cracking(which most of them do)

No, I mean the spacing betweeen the studs on a t25 and a T3 is different, with the T3 being wider. So how did you handle that so that it would hold a T3?

So then this is the sidewaz to ask about the mounting. So here it is: I am sure you have seen the previous posts. What I am asking is how did you prepare the T2x flange to mount a T3 to it?Logic would say that you would just grind some of it away, but what did you do?

it has the sr20 flang for bolting up to the mani, and elbow, it might be a little bigger then a t28, i was jus rounding it of, also the peron that i had bought it from had said it was a t3, as that assumed me to say that it was

Yeah, I think it is a T28. It looks like a T3 coldside, but the flange is perfect in another picture for the T25 flange.

Hey man.

See I'm not running the same turbo as s13drft89 is. My turbo is an SR T25, soon to be T28 BB.

It's possible he's got a T3 hybrid or something, I'm not totally sure. Hey as long as it bolts up, runs nice who cares right?

Oh no, I agree. He has boost and I don't so I am not talking trash. In fact, I have a T3 waiting to go on, but I thought long and hard about a big28. I have just been kicking the idea of the SSAC mani w/ a T3 by changing a flange. And then when I thought you guys were changing the flange, I wanted to know how. It would save me money over JGS, which I can use for fuel.

excuse me, I meant modifying the flange, not actually changing it.
