Isolate the problem by starting the car and unplugging injector clips one by one. Replace each after you unplug it for a moment. If you unplug one and nothing changes, then that is your problem cylinder.
Pull the plug wire from that cylinder and hold it close to the engine somewhere. If it arcs, then you have spark to that cylinder. Turn the engine off.
Remove the fuel rail leaving all the injectors in place.
Put rags under the injector tips and click the key to the on position without starting it. Now look for fuel spraying out of any injectors. If it is, then that O ring is torn. Replace.
