my ka24de wont start all of a sudden - electrical question

does anyone know how many wires that go to the pump are supposed to be hot?

i checked with a test light and with the ignition on i only get one hot wire which is a yellow wire with a stripe on it.

I've checked all the fuses and they're all good

I even replaced the fuel pump with a walbro right now and i still can't hear the pump

PLEASE HELP! i'm supposed to be on the road right now to mineral wells,tx for a drift event tomorrow!!!!
