My ka24de swap not running right!

I just finish my ka24de swap. Crank it up and test drive it but it keeps on studdering so I got a reading of my ecu and it show code 34(knock-sensor). I replace it with a running ka24de knock sensor but still show the same code. THe only thing I havent done was bolt it back to the same place under the intake manifold. WEould that make a difference or do I have otherproblems besides the knock-sensor? I really need the help.
