It only does this from a cold start and only a few times until it warms up then it's smooth . What can this be ? Anyone ?

#1.)..why are you driving your car with out a proper warm up bro?

let me explain some why your issue is happening.
your pistons and rings are made of a different material than your block...each material expands at a different rate when heated...your pistons are a softer metal than the cast block so there is allowed space for expantion from the factory....when your car is properly warmed up..the rings and pistons expand to create a better seal for ignition...with out this expantion...blow by of the rings in greater amounts than normal is possible...cousing hesitation and poor performance.....

this allowable space is more evedent in turbo builds with aftermarket pistons....with some brands using a softer aluminum alloy like CP..arias..ect ..there is more space requierd for expantion...there are hawever a few brands that use a more dence aluminum alloy..like supertech..that allows for a tighter clearence...but overall..they will requier a warm up period greater than oem to expand to proper piston to wall clearence's....your motor may allso be suffering from extreem milage man..where your rings have worn down and are now close to a point where there unable to seal unless hot...anyways..this is a reason of why you shold warm up before you drive..hope it helps and informs...good luck

Hey I am having this exact same problem. It didn't start happening to me until I replaced my o2 sensor tho. So I'm thinking it might have to do with the coolant temp sensor as well. And I have been driving in 240s with ka's & Sr's for 5 years now and I have never had to wait for a stock n/a ka motor to heat up. When its cold you should be able to start the car and drive away imedietly without any hesitation.

check the TPS as well...

it may pass an ohm meter sweep but if you have an oscilliscope you can do a slow pass and look for spikes.
