Looking good,

So how would i make a heat shield to fit in between the "upper radiator hose and the cold pipe" - thats what you talking about right.

And yea i have currently got some 10mm spacers on the back and 3mm on the front just for clearance issues, but eventually i would like to get some better offset wheels and roll and flare my fenders a bit.

thanks for all the input.

i have just been enjoying driving the car lately but once i get these 370cc injectors fixed i would like to turn the boost up a little. Questions:

1. one of the injectors i have is stuck open. what would be the best thing to do, find another one, send it to get it fixed, or should i just try selling the 370's and go ahead and get something bigger. i plan on eventually getting a gt2871r but with the t25 what all would i need for say 540cc injectors, in order to get the fueling right.would a walbro pump and fpr, along with my safc, be able to be tuned to the right amount, or would i need something else.2. also what is the safest amount of boost i can run if i want to turn it up a little. i know first i got to get some injectors in, but would 9 psi be ok for daily driving. i have read that 12 psi would be ok, but i dont want to push it too much.3. i am also looking for an ebc, so if you have got any suggestions let me know.

thanks

well i found out that the turbo timer i have is actually out of an s13, supposedly it was a factory option in japan, and was pretty rare. also, i figured out how to get around my keyless entry problem i stated earlier. it was so simple. i just ended up cutting the ign. on wire for the keyless entry system. now everything is working awesome. the turbo timer looks like a factory option and does a good job also. i love it!!!

now im gonna be getting a ebc soon, so just wondering what yall suggested.

thanks

well, finally got my exhaust in the mail so here's some pics. i love it and it sounds awesome too. it is a full stainless steel 3 in. ebay catback. i got it from the seller lokakech. Great service and fast shipping. I was debating weather to go Blitz nur spec or this one, and im sure glad i got this one. it was $145 shipped!

very low to the ground-- about 3 1/2 inches!

and now for the bad news!!!!!!

i think ive blown my head gasket. for the last couple days it has been smoking a little white snoke on take off, but yesterday after installing the exhaust, it was poring out white smoke while i was driving it. im gonna get a pressure checker today and check it out.

thanks for all the reply's

clean job man!, yeah it does take time, but worth it umm yep that sucks! do a pressure test, if you go with head gasket go with cosworth plus arp head studs, but i bet you knew that. :D white smoke is from, bend valves, headgsket, piston rings. ;-/ unless you get crap load of white smoke, blown turbo. I would probably pull the piston out which ever cyl shows you low compression , you dont want to do the job twice

good luck, nice car
