I don't know why but my car has been having slightly higher idles lately. Usually it's around 700rpm or 900rpm(normally) at most when its cold. I ddon't know why but it now like 1000-1100 rpm? Got any ideas? I recently took off my transmission to do my clutch, but doubt that has anything to do with it. Also, are there any vacuum lines in the back of the engine(KA). When I took out my transmission I jacked the front of my engine to tilt it backwards. I may have crushed some lines.

Thanks.

Yes there are vacuum lines behind the engine you can see them if you look back there but are kind of hard changing them not alot of rrom to move around back there. Theres also a idle adjuster screw.

Oh great today after work my idle jumped to around 1500 rpm. This was around 3:30pm and after I've driven for like 20-25 mins. I was sitting in front of my garage after work and the idle was around 1500 rpms.

Adjust the idle setting.
