i bought a 91 240sx for 200 bucks in may 2009 "you get what you pay for lol" i pretty much got a bare chassis. it was a drag car. they cut out the share tire area. they had a fuel cell. so no tank. no front clip. had a roll cage. but i cut it out. it came with slotted and drilled rotors a +. quick disconnect steering wheel +. brand new 15 in tires. front tension rod brace. rear strut brace. poly sub frame bushing. i got the motor,ecu, wiring harness and transmission for $280 at pick and pull. i bought a parts car from a local junk here in Reno. i want to to a 5lug swap and put on a set of ford crown vic wheels 16x7 i have

i still need to get a front clip and finsh the body work then ill start hittin the small stuff. ive been looking for a front clip in my area since may but no luck

yeah i took off the brake lines when i painted the engine bay and when i put them back on they looked like crap so i went with that

Sweet, love seeing a 240 saved instead of trashed. It makes me think of transformers, when the dude at the end is all beat, and gives his parts to Optimus. Those beat junkers gave you their pieces so you could combine them and make a functional S13 again. It will be Frankenstein, built with parts of fallen brothers. They will feel good knowing that even though they died, their parts and memories can live on through your car and see the days of glory once more.Im bored ^

That does look like a scary amount of bondo though. Did you just bolt that plate over the spare tire area or weld something in or what?

yeah it is alot! of bond dough. the guy i got it from beat the out of the area behind the door with a hammer for the side skirts i guess yep i a piece of sheet metal covering the hole bolted down so i can remove it so i can get to the fuel pump if i need to

The twin cam looks great, but i say the kouki wing is a no go unless you get a kouki bumper, skirts and valances.

the belt sander work great. i use it for the rough coats then block sand it.

i dont think the bondo will crack. how much can it really flex

Considering the bondo was applied to the shock tower area I would say its a good chance it will shatter. Thats a high flex stress area, just keep an eye on it.

i live in the ghotteo of reno near the pepper mill on s. virginia and yeah i do all my work in a storage unit 10x21 and a 8x21 isn't it great lol
