Hey guys, last night, I started working on a website where I will compile as much info as I can about the J30.

I just started working on it. I'm envisioning a collection of DIY articles (step by step) procedures to repair some of the common gremlins in the J30.

I'll keep working on it. What's there is only about an hour's worth of work.

I know the manual says Dexron II, but you might want to put down 'III' instead since that's the newest.Other then that, good job and good idea!

Excellent start on your site! That sunroof repair looks like a real pain, but it may be well worth the savings.

As a relatively new owner of a '93 J30, I really appreciate the effort you are making to collect and present your experience. I have always been drawn to the J30 since I first saw one back when they were brand new, I don't see many cars that I think are beautiful but the J30 is the one that still does it for me. I had to wait ten years to feel I could afford one. What a pleasure to find that it is such a good driving car too!Since I plan to keep it as long as I can, I'm sure I am going to need the help of this forum, and if I find any good information or answers, to contribute as well.At the moment, everthing works!

[PS Where does the "Driving Mom's Car" thing come from?]

Thanks for the nice comments. I just added detailed instructions with pics on removing the door panel and window regulator.

Check them out...
