My Interior Lights Don't Light Up!!! HELP!!!

So i fudged up some how, in the middle of installing puddle lights on my car, i spliced the wires and what not. tested the puddle lights to make sure they all work properly. Then turn around to start placing them where i want them. I noticed my door lights weren't coming on. Possibly the ground and power wire from the spliced footwell shorted? I really hope all the wiring is okay.... god damn it....

I am assuming its a blown out fuse, if some any suggestions on which ones it would be? I really hope its an easy fix...

Driver's side footwell fuse box. On the bottom near the middle, 10 amp.

Always disconnect the battery when you plan on making contact with bare wire.
Like DeanM45 mentioned, it's probably a fuse... cheap fix.
