My idle issue!!!

Ok my 91 240sx has idle issues!!! its running a 92 engine harness with a 92 ecu and maf!! i am working on my car for like 6 months now and s*** its been a b****!!! ok the werid thing was that when we hooked up the maf? while the engine is on. the car bogs and idle up and down. and when i take off the maf? the car idles fine! but cant go higher then 2500 rpm? so is it bc of the maf? or is it somthing else? is it my coolant sensor? or my IACV? i cleaned my IACV with carb cleaner so yea hope that clears any other questions. one thing is clear my radiator piping does not build pressure!!!!! even when its warmed up!!! not sure that could be the problem!! im so stuck thanks for the help!
