my i30 suspention to soft need advice

what kind of shock, strut should i buy to make my i30t more sporty ?

It really depends on if you want to lower it or not because not all struts are made to handle a lowered vehicle. If you want to keep the stock height, go with a set of KYB GR2s and leave the stock spring as is. If you want to go with something a little lower, go with a set Tokico yellows and some Eibach springs.
