my hud on my 92 240sx doesnt work!!! please i need help !!!!

like i said it doesnt work and ive tried testing the capacitor ive looked all other the net to find other possible problems and found nothing.. getting pretty frustrated trying to fix it if you have had this problem please help me!!! i know im pretty desprate to get this fixed. thank you :

those things fail all the time, most people just swap it out for a conventional gauge cluster
