my HUD insint workin right. how do i fix it?

my HUD sometimes come on and sometime it cut off welll more likely when the car is warm it will cut on and if it does come on when the car is runin the mph thing is sayin 7 mph and when i rev my motor up it goes up with the rpm but when im drivin it its alright. what do yah think is the problem cause i check the fuse first thing i did the sensor on the trans its still conected.. whats else do yah think is the problem
