my high beams dont work ichanged all fuses changed the light bulbs still dont work, ihavent change the ones underth hood are those fuses for the high beams??

yes some of the models had fuses for headlamps under the hood but you may also wanna check your headlamp switch. nissans are notorious for bad ground circuits in the switch
