Looks like it has about every external bolt-on available besides a rear defuser. Looks nice but I would hate to drive it on the highway around here as the wheels would take a beating. I'm surprised there's no Iron Man-style headlights. Overall I like the red/black theme and it works well from a show car perspective.
What motor mods?

Its got custom Angel eyes, yes the car shouts for attention, I am thinking of toning it down a bit and maybe undo carbon fiber & change chrome grill to black, just need some suggestions from you guys.

Yeah, it sure does shout for attention 
I agree about the grille. Painting what you have or simply going for the midnight black grille and painting the lower grilles would de-bling it a bit. Carbon fibre hood is fine on a G but personally I think the slits on that one detract from the car. Going back stock or replacing with a more natural carbon hood would improve the vehicle, IMO. Rest of the car looks fine. I do hope the red lips on the wheels are powder coated and not painted on
