My Headlights Won't go Down!!!!!

on my 89 s13 my headlights go up whenever i turn them on, but if i turn off the light the headlights stay up and then i have to open the hood and turn the valves behind the headlight to make them go down.ANYONE ANY IDEA HOW I COULD FIX THIS ISSUE????????

almost everything has been covered on this forum.....literally just give a lil search and you can most of the time find your problem

Maybe you should go down on them first.I hear they dont like going down first as they fear you will think they are whorish.

i kind of have the same problem. except mine wont go up or down when the brake is applied.

well the headlights issue is something that hasnt been covered properly lol cause all i'm getting is "oh i have the same problem" the thing no one has a legit answer......

Mad **** with that s***... is that some kind of **** power that when you start sucking on s*** it just starts working again???? don't car take buddy a lot of STD's out there on the gay community

this happened to my car when i had the pop ups. it happened to be the harness behind the drivers fender got chewed up due to the tire rubbing on it. my car was slammed. i would say pull the fender and check all the wires there. if damaged, repair them and then see.

Check the contacts on the steering column, over time they get dirty and don't work as well, just clean them up and you should be good to go. There a write up some where with pictures around.

just get urself a new motor for which ever side is broken, i had the same problem lastweek

This is the first thing you should do. Ask someone to turn on/off the headlights and push the arm a little and see that'll help. If so, spray some WD-40 to the linkage and it should work. I had a problem with mine last week and installed and uninstalled motors more than 10 times. Space is very tight, but you can do it without removing the whole assembly. I have 2 sets of spare motors, so let me know if you need them.
